안녕하세요!




저탄 한식 퓨전 요리 들고 왔습니당!!

다진 고기 불고기 양념해 타코를 만들었고 같이 먹을 고추장 소스도 만들어봤습니다!

제가 만든 키토 고추장을 이용하니 그걸 먼저 만들어 주세요.




많이 만들어서 반만 익혀서 타코를 만들었어요.


반만 요리했더니 타코 6게 나왔어요.







나머지는 불고기 샐러드/타코볼 같은거 만드셔도 좋을것 같아요.

아니면 콜리플라워 덮밥 처럼 드셔도 되요.

***코코넛 아미노스 탄수화물 양이 걱정 되시면 생략하시고 리퀴드 아미노스랑 몽크 프루트 감미료를 조금더 추가해주셔도 되요.

근대 맛은 조금 덜 할거에요. 코코넛 아미노스가 불고기맛에 최고거든요.

재료

  • 다진 소고기 460g
  • 1/4 양파


양념

  • 리퀴드 아미노스 2T
  • 코코넛 아미노스 2T
  • 물 1T
  • 몽크 프루트 감미료 1T
  • 다진 마늘 1T
  • 참기름 1T
  • 후추 1/4t
  • 다진 파 2T


고추장 소스

  • 사워 크림 3T
  • 데이지표 키토 고추장 1T
  • 김치 국물 1T (생략가능 하지만 강 추천)

방법

  1. 양념 재료를 다 섞어주세요
  2. 양파를 다져서 고기 넣은 그릇에 넣어주세요
  3. 고기, 양파, 양념을 잘 버무려 주세요.
  4. 30분에서 1시간 동안 재워주세요
  5. 기름 살짝 두룬 팬에 고기를 익혀주세요. 고기가 완전히 익고 국물도 없어질때 까지 볶아주세요.
  6. 고추장 소스를 만들어주세요.
  7. 타코 조립해서 드세요. 저는 로매인 상추를 넣어 먹었어요.
