다이어트 고추장, 저탄수화물 고추장, 쉽게 만들수있는 고추장

안녕하세요~



키토 고추장을 들고 왔습니다!

마트에서 파는 고추장은 탄수화물이 많아서 키토 아닌 거 아시죠?




저도 키토 시작하고 나서 고추장 들어간 요리를 못 먹어서 혼났어요 ㅠㅠ

그래서 제가 키토식으로 한번 만들어 봤습니다!




전채 레시피 탄수화물이 20g 이고요

200ml 정도 나온다고 생각하면 1T 당 1.5g net carb 입니다! 



무엇보다 혈당을 안 높여서 좋은 거 같아요. 



키토식으로 드시지 않더라도 고추장은 이걸로 바꾸는 게 좋을 것 같아요. 

시중에 파는 고추장처럼 물엿이 안 들어가므로 덜 달아요. 하지만 요리할 때 원하는 키토 설탕 넣면 되니 너무 걱정 마세요~

재료:

200ml 물

2 gram 잔탄검

3 tbsp of allulose (전 에리스리톨 맛이 별로라 알류로스 를 썼어요. 알류로스가 설탕맛이 나고요)*

50g 고은 고춧가루

25g 바다소금

2T 사과식초(초모) 


*에리스리톨로 만들어 봤는데 맛이 똑같아요



1)물이랑 잔탄검을 믹서로 갈아주세요

2) 낮은 불에 잔탄검물이랑 알류로스 넣고 데펴주세요

3) 저으면서 뭉친 잔탄검을 풀어주세요

4) 타지 않게 계속 저어주세요

5) mixture 가 끈적해지면 불 끄고 시켜주세요

6) 시키면 소금 넣고 고춧가루 넣고 저어주세요

7) 다 섞이도록 저어주세요

8) 사과 식초 넣어주세요

9) 다 섞이도록 저어주세요

10) 맛을 보시고 더 달기 원하시면 스태비아 몇 방울식 넣으세요. 전 약 10방울 넣었어요

11) 맛 괜찮으면 한 번 더 저어 주시고 소독한 병에 담아주세요

12) 하루 밖에다 놔두셨다 다음날부터 냉장고에 보관해주세요.
