제가 만든 고추장으로 닭갈비를 만들어봤어요~

원하시는 야채를 넣어주셔도 돼서 편해요.





저는 저탄으로 먹으려고 노력하고 있어서 고구마랑 떡 대신 단호박을 넣었어요.






위에 치즈 올리면 완벽한 키토 음식이에요

재료:

닭 350g

양배추 360g

양파 85g 아님 작은 거 1/2게

단호박 180g

긴 버섯 40g

곤약면 200g



소스:

데이지표 고추장 3T

고춧가루 3T

코코넛 아미노스 2T

리퀴드 아미노스 1t

에리스리톨 2T

카레가루 1t

다진마늘 1.5T

다진 생강 1t

참기름 1T



치즈 소스:

1 컵 모차렐라 치즈

4T 마요

1) 소스 재료를 섞어주세요

2) 닭을 먹기 좋은 크기로 잘라주세요

3) 닭을 소스에 1-2시간 재워주세요

4) 야채를 잘라주세요

5) 팬에 기름 2큰술 데워서 치킨 넣고 다른 재료들 넣어주세요

6) 잘 섞어주시고 뚜껑을 덮고 중간중간 달라붙지 않게 저어주세요

7) 치킨이 익는 동안, 치즈 소스 재료를 그릇에 넣어주시고 1분 전자레인지에 데워 주세요. 잘 섞어주세요

8) 치킨이 다 익었을 때 치즈 소스 얹고 맛있게 드세요~




Tip: 단호박을 쓰실 거면, 원하는 만큼 잘라내시고. 안에 씨 버리시고. 전자레인지에 1-2분 돌려주세요. 조금 식은 다음, 껍질을 잘라주시고 먹기 좋은 크기로 잘라주세요.
