Hey everyone!

I am back with another Korean keto recipe.

This time, it's the famous Korean fried chicken.

For this recipe, I used an air fryer to achieve the fried taste.

It has all the taste but fewer calories. And it's healthier for you!

It uses my homemade gochujang so make sure you check out that video too.

Ingredients:

Chicken wing (15 pieces or 740g)

salt

pepper

2T Daisy's gochujang or red pepper paste

1T red pepper powder

1T minced garlic

1T apple cider vinegar

1T tomato paste

2T erythritol

1/2T coconut aminos

25g peanuts

1/4 cup water (optional)

1) If you have time, dry the chicken wings on a rack. If not, just pat dry with a paper towel

2) Season with salt and pepper

3) Make the sauce by mixing everything together and stirring

4) Place wings in air fryer. Try not to have them overlapping as it will not crisp up.

5) "fry" them for 25 minutes at 400F flipping after 13 minutes

6) When time is done, or chicken wings are nice and browned, you can

  a) Heat up the sauce with 1/4 cup of water for about 2-3 minutes and toss the chicken in the sauce

  b) Heat up the sauce without the water. It will become very thick and hard to coat the chicken but I think it tastes more like the authentic fried chicken this way

  c) Forgo heating the sauce and just toss the chicken in the sauce. You will get more of a garlic flavor.
