Low carb Abalone Kimchi fried rice

INGREDIENTS:

3 abalone

about 1/2-1 cup of well fermented kimchi or a little more than amount of abalone meat

1 green onion or 1/2 leek

4 cloves of garlic

1 bag of miracle rice

vinegar

1/2 T red pepper powder

1 T fish sauce

1/2 T coconut aminos

sesame oil

sesame seed

any type of greens (optional)

2 eggs(optional)

1) Prepare all of your ingredients.

2) Heat up avocado oil in a pan and stir fry green onions on low-med heat. Make sure they do not burn. You want the fragrance to infuse into the oil.

3) After about 1 min, add the garlic slices and sauté for a min

4) Then add kimchi and red pepper powder if using and stir around

5) Then add the stomach and stir for 30 sec and add abalone meat.

6) Once abalone seems to be cooked, add about 1-2 T of kimchi juice, fish sauce and coconut aminos. Mix well.

7) Add drained miracle rice and cook until most of liquid has evaporated.

8) Taste and season with fish sauce if you want saltier flavor or coconut aminos if you wants a more sweeter umami flavor.

9) When done, add sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seed.

10) Garnish with fried egg.
