안녕하세요!




이번주에 올린 저탄/키토 피자 레시피 2탄입니다.





한국 퓨전 요리를 만들고 싶어서 삼겹살 피자를 만들게 됐어요.



데이지표 저탄/키토 고추장을 써서 그걸 먼저 만들어 놓으세요!




피자 위에 파채를 올리니깐 삼겹살 구이를 먹는 것 같고 맛있어요!

집에서 삼겹살이랑 파채를 드셔보셨으면 어떤 맛인지 감이 오시죠?





전 전에 만들어 놓은 피자 빵을 냉동에서 바로 꺼내 썼어요.

싱싱한 피자 도 를 쓰실 경우 굽는 시간이 조금 단축될 수 있습니다.

재료:

전 레시피 피자빵

모짜렐라 치즈


소스:

데이지표 고추장 2큰술

저탄 피자 소스 2큰술

다진마늘 1/4작은술


삼겹살:

삼겹살 152g

소금 후추

다진마늘 1작은술


파채:

파채 85g

 코코넛 아미노스 1작은술

참기름 1작은술

고춧가루 1작은술

1) 피자 소스 재료를 다 섞어주세요

2) 삼겹살을 먹기 좋은 크기로 잘라서, 소금, 후추, 다진마늘 넣고 버무려 주세요

3) 파채 양념을 넣고 버무려주세요

4) 냉동실에서 피자 도 를 꺼내서 소스를 발라주세요

5) 모짜렐라를 뿌려주세요

6) 삼겹살을 골고루 펴주시고 그 위에 모짜렐라를 추가해주세요

7) 200C 가열된 오븐에 넣어 10분 구워주세요. 그다음 230C 으로 올려 5분 구워주세요.

8) 삼겹살이 익었을 때쯤, 피자를 꺼내서 파채 올려서 맛있게 드세요!
