소스를 조금 변경했고 곤약면이랑 해물을 추가했어요

저희 집에서는 이 요리를 자주 만들어먹어요. 코스코에서 모둠 해물을 항상 사놔서 만들기 편해요.

이 요리는 집에 있는 아무 야채를 넣어도 돼서 좋아요

야채 좋아하시면 야채를 많이 넣으셔도 돼요. 하지만 기름을 더 만들어야 할 거예요

재료:

300g 모둠 해물 (해동된)

250g 배추

60g 양파

150g 호박

65g 버섯

14oz 곤약면 봉지




소스:

3T 고춧가루

2T 리퀴드 아미노스

1T 코코넛 아미노스

1.5T 식초

1/2t 쿠민

3t 참깨

다진파 2단

1T 다진 마늘

1t 다진 생강

200ml 아보카도 기름

50ml 물












1) 왁에다가 모들 소스 재료 넣고 끓여주세요

2) 끓으면 해물, 야채, 곤약면을 넣고 다 익을 때까지 조려주세요
