Easy low carb/keto spicy seafood noodle stir fry

I wanted to share this recipe with you.
It is an adaptation from Lorraine Elliott's recipe https://www.notquitenigella.com/2019/01/29/biang-biang-noodle-recipe-authentic/





I adapted the sauce a little bit and added seafood and shirataki noodles

It is our go to meal because we always have a bag of costco's mixed seafood in the freezer.





The beauty of the dish is that you can use what ever vegetables you have at home and however much you want! You might have to make more oil if you put a lot of ingredients though.

Ingredients:

300g mixed seafood (defrosted)

250g napa cabbage

60g onion

150g zucchini

65g white mushroom

14oz bag of shirataki noodles




sauce:

3T red pepper powder

2T liquid aminos

1T coconut aminos

1.5T vinegar

1/2t cumin

3 t sesame seeds

2 stalks of green onion diced

1T minced garlic

1teaspoon ginger

200ml avocado oil

50ml water

1) put all sauce ingredients into a wok and boil on med-high heat

2) Once boiling, add in all of the ingredients and cook until seafood or veggies are cooked through
