Easy and Fast Bok Choy Salad

Hey everyone!


This is a very simple, very customizable recipe!


If you don't have bok choy, you can try this recipe with romaine lettuce.

If you don't have chives, don't worry! It won't effect the flavor.

If onions have too many carbs for your macros, you can omit it.




Bok Choy Salad is an asian salad that can be eaten with meat, especially pork belly.



This salad is perfect as a side to your choice of meat while on a ketogenic diet.

Try it as an asian inspired meal.

To reduce spiciness, you can reduce or omit the red pepper powder.








Ingredients:

8 bok choy

handful of chives

1/2 small onion or 1/4 large onion

1/2 T minced garlic

1.5T fish sauce

1.5T sesame oil

1.5T red pepper powder

1.5T erythritol

sprinkle of sesame seed.





Notice: fish sauce, sesame oil, red pepper powder, erythritol or alternate sugar substitute is a 1:1:1:1 ratio. Easy Peasy!

1) Wash veggies

2) Slice veggies and add into a bowl

3) Add all seasoning and mix well

4) It tastes best if you let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes but still tastes good right away!
