돼지 불고기는 냉장고에 항상 쟁여놔야하는 요리에요!




먹을게 없을 때 해동해서 볶아먹기도 편하고 맛도 있고.






저는 채를 썬 양파나, 버섯, 파나 양배추랑 같이 볶는 게 맛있더라고요.

상추나 깻잎쌈이랑 먹으면 완벽한 저탄수화물 식사입니다!




고기가 많으시면 양념장을 두 배 만드셔도 좋아요.

  • 데이지표 키토 고추장 2T
  • 고춧가루 2T
  • 라칸토 몽크 프루트 감미료 1.5T
  • 다진 마늘 1/2T
  • 다진 생강 1t
  • 리퀴드 아미노스 1t
  • 참기름 1t
  • 376g 돼지 불고기

방법

  1. 양념 재료를 다 섞어주세요
  2. 돼지고기를 양념에 버무려 냉장고에 하루 정도 보관해 주세요
  3. 하루 보관해서 냉동하든 요리하든 하는 게 좋아요
  4. 먹을때 중불에서 낮은 불로 볶아주세요
  5. 뚜껑 덮으면서 익혀주세요. 가끔 타지 않게 볶아주면서.
  6. 야채랑 같이 볶는 게 맛있어요. 저는 양파, 버섯, 양배추, 파나 당근을 추천해 드려요.
