빨강 피망 57g 혹 1/2 게

고수 17g

새우 6 게

숙주나물 75g

땅콩

당근채 13g

계란 2 게

박초이 150g

다진마늘 1t

곤약면 1 봉지


소스:

3T 액젓

1T 코코넛 아미노스

2.5T 에리스리톨

1T 깔라만씨 아님 라임즙

1T 스리라차

1T 토마토 페이스트

1) 소스 재료를 다 섞어주세요

2) 곤약면을 흐르는 물에 씻어주세요

3) 면에다가 소스 1.5큰술 넣고 재어놓으세요

4) 야채를 잘라주시고, 계란 2 게를 풀어주세요

5) 새우 껍질 벗겨주시고 소금, 후추랑 칠리 플레익 아님 고춧가루로 밑간 해주세요

6) 왁에 기름 1큰술 넣어주시고 새우, 다진 마늘 넣고 약 1-2분 동안 볶아주세요.

7) 피망이랑 당근 넣고 1-2분 볶아주세요

8) 야채랑 새우를 한쪽으로 미뤄두시고, 빈 쪽에다 기름 1큰술 넣고 계란 넣어서 스크램블 해주세요

9) 계란이 다 익을 때쯤, 왁에 있는 나머지 재료들이랑 섞어주세요

10) 면, 소스, 야채 넣고 볶아주세요

11) 야채가 다 익을 때쯤 부순 땅콩을 넣어주세요

12) 야채가 다 익었으면, 고수랑 부순 땅콩을 얹어주세요
