이번에는 저탄 김치 베이컨 치즈 프라이를 들고 왔습니다.





감자 대신 히카마를 써서 탄수화물 양이 낮아요.










재료:

427g 히카마

소금

갈릭파우더

파슬리

치즈

김치

베이컨

기름

1) 히카마의 껍질을 까주세요

2) 얇게 잘라주세요. 감자튀김 느낌으로

3) 물에 소금 1/2스푼 넣고 끓여주세요

4) 물이 끓으면, 히카마를 넣어주세요

5) 10분간 끓여주세요

6)  10분 이후에 물을 빼주시고 그릇에 담아주세요

7) 아보카도 오일 1스푼 넣어주세요

8) 힘아라얀 소금 1/2티스푼 넣어주세요

9) 1/2티스푼 갈릭파우더 넣어주세요

10) 1/2티스푼 파슬리 넣어주세요

11) 다 버무려 주세요

12) 오븐을 425F 혹 220C 로 가열해주세요

13) 가열하고 나서, 히카마를 30분 동안 오븐에 넣어주세요. 10분 간격으로 골고루 노릇해지도록 저어주세요

14) 히카마가 익는 동안 팬에 베이컨을 구워주시고 베이건 기름에다 김치를 볶아주세요

15) 30분 후 완성되면 히카마 냄비를 꺼내서 치즈 얹고, 토핑을 얹어주세요

16) 오븐에 치즈 데워질 때까지 넣어주세요; 약 2분
